1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
The return request must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
For hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes, colognes, and other personal care products that have been opened, used, or unsealed cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Non-Returnable Items:
Gift cards or promotional items.
Final sale or clearance items.
Products that have been tampered with, opened, or partially used.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

The item(s) you wish to return.
The reason for the return (optional, but helpful).
Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and the address to which the item(s) must be sent.
Ship the Items: Package the item(s) securely in their original packaging and include proof of purchase. Ensure that the RAN is clearly indicated on the return package.
Note: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with:

We will evaluate your case and, if approved, provide a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
